Our gastronomic experience
He began his culinary career training at the Escuela de Cocina de Sabadell and the Escuela de Hostelería y Turismo Joviat de Manresa, where he stood out as the best student in his class. He has gained experience in various gastronomic establishments throughout Spain. Since 2011, he has run the kitchen of the Hotel Balneario Vichy Catalán. In 2013, he co-wrote the book ‘La cocina de los carteles modernistas’ with Carles Gaig, and promotes thermal cuisine with Vichy Catalán water through his YouTube channel. He has also collaborated on radio programmes such as La tarda (Radio Sabadell) and Deixa'm tastar (Cadena Ser).
Our cuisine, led by chef David Heras, focuses on fresh, local ingredients to create exceptional dishes that bring out flavours, colours and textures. We use Vichy Catalan thermal spring water to further enhance the quality of our preparations. We offer a varied daily buffet, reflecting the healthy Mediterranean diet, a gastronomic menu to delight the most demanding palates, and a selection of tapas that will satisfy all diners.
Our bar-cafeteria area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, from freshly brewed coffee to refreshing smoothies. We also offer a variety of tapas to satisfy any craving. With a cosy atmosphere, either in the cosy indoor area or on the terrace, it is the ideal meeting point for our guests.
